Wastewater Product Line

The Inovair wastewater product line consists of the IM-Series, which is completely gear driven, and the IO Series, which has both a belt drive and a gear drive. The product range covers from 15 horsepower to 600 horsepower, making our blowers a perfect fit for all wastewater applications. Unlike other technologies, we employ an integrally-geared, centrifugal design that allows the blowers to operate reliably in extreme conditions.

EXAMPLE INSTALLATION: IOWA PARK, TX

Inovair has several Texas-based blower installations. As captured in this case study, the City of Iowa Park, TX replaced (2) of their 75 HP multistage blowers with (2) 60 HP Inovair geared centrifugal blowers in 2016. Since that time, the plant has seen power consumption drop by approximately 33%. The Inovair blowers' flow is controlled by the dissolved oxygen (DO) demand and, according to plant, “the Inovair blowers work substantially better than the previous blowers and I would recommend Inovair blowers to anyone.”
